At lunch and dinner, the hotel restaurant offers succulent Castilian and Manchegan recipes. Game meat and traditional stews (ajo arriero, morteruelo and pisto manchego) are the basis of our menu, which will no doubt delight even our most gourmet clients. Also, alongside our desserts, we recommend that you try our regional spirits, such as resoli and aguardiente de la sierra.

If you wish and weather permitting, you can enjoy our exquisite cuisine al fresco in our summer restaurant by the pool. We also serve dinner in a privileged setting in the evenings, at the hotel’s central courtyard.
